Whether the work requires the complete demolition of non-structural interior walls, ceilings, finishes and even utilities, or the strategic and selective removal of an exterior component or the creation of building openings, 1 Priority takes special care to provide clients with the schedules and precise coordination that addresses more of the total project operational needs.
All projects are preformed with the utmost concern for employee safety and the specific technical and control requirements of the work. Location: Weatherford, Texas
Project: Demolished interior walls, ceilings and balcony while protecting historic church finishes and stained glass
1 Priority’s Selective Demo Team safely removed interior walls, ceilings and floor coverings in multiple buildings. In this beautifully aged cathedral, we then removed the balcony and stairs and the exterior wall while carefully protecting the stained-glass windows.
The exterior needed the same level of care to allow expansion of the church. 1 Priority removed the roof back to the face of the structure and all columns and beams supporting the roof back to the slab. We also performed calculated cuts to remove portions of structural walls for new exterior openings.

Project: Full interior demolition of walls, ceilings and a swimming pool in a commercial building
After 1 Priority performed asbestos abatement of mechanical systems within this downtown building, the second phase of work included the safe and selective removal of interior walls, ceilings and floor coverings throughout the structure and the removal of a swimming pool and integrated concrete walls in this occupied facility. Work was performed within a fast and limiting schedule.

Project: Controlled removal of plaster surfaces within dust containments of an occupied college
Unstable plaster surfacing from a multi-story interior wall was selectively removed within an oversized negative pressure dust control containment. Project specifications required limited dust, vibration and noise during the work of this active college facility.
